Hernia
A hernia happens when an internal organ pushes through a weak spot in your muscle or tissue.
There are 4 types of hernia
- Inguinal Hernias
- Femoral Hernias
- Umbilical Hernias
- hiatal hernias
Symptoms
- Pain areas: in the groin, pelvis, or testicle
- Pain circumstances: can occur while coughing or while lifting heavy objects
- Also common: swollen lymph nodes in the groin
Treatment
Surgical treatment with minimum blood loss and pain - Laparoscopy Surgery that uses a video camera and thin tubes inserted into small cuts on the body to repair or remove tissue.
